I met Mick Ratliff at a North American Society of Pipe Collectors (NASPC) swap meeting I attended in Columbus.He sold me six the pipes at a very resonable price. A great haul! It took a long time to find a better example, but ultimately an un-smoked Bent All-American in its original box came my way and this one is now on the Pipes for Trade page.
