My friend Baker Egerton let me know that this pipe was part of a lot of a dozen being offered on eBay. I didn't want the others and neither did he, so I wrote Charles Eakins, the winning bidder for the lot, and asked if he would part with just this one. He agreed to sell it to me. When I got a brand new Black Berkeley THE SMOKE, I put this one on the Pipes for Sale page and Alan Shinogle bought it from me for what I paid for it.	Valuing the pipe result for pipe 072: n/a points.
