I paid a visit to Caroussel Pipe Shoppe in Cincinatti and discovered this and another pyrolytic graphite pipe in their back room. Arnold Rabkin, Propietor, sold them to me and I returned home happy. I didn't realize at the time that I already had examples of these in the collection. I put them on the Pipes for Sale page. Baker Egerton, my eBay informant and a true marketing expert who has been assisting my research into the history of these pipes, mentioned that he felt like a hypocrite since he had never smoked one of these pipes. With dire warnings of the consequences, I gave him this pipe.
