Bill Feuerbach, Vice President of S.M. Frank & Co. and an acquaintance who knows of my interest in these pipes, brought this one to the New York Pipe Show in September, 2000. He gave it to me! What a great guy! What a great pipe - unsmoked with no paint damage - to add to the collection.
He also gave me the die that his company used to stamp TAR GARD on the Brylon pipes it made for Venturi after it was bought by Bissell.
