Teresa Offutt (gotodgo3ogf) offered the well-smoked early production green pipe in an original box with 2 copies of The Story of the pipe and the "To: Purchasers..." bowl insert. I am not confident that this is the box the pipe came in, but the price sticker on the mouthpiece and the weight of the pipe indicate that it was early production so this is not a bad match. It will stay in the collection to offer a good comparison of early and late production.
