Carole Godwin offered this promotional package having the pipe, a pouch of tobacco (empty), and the brochure "200 Years of Pipe Smoking in America" on eBay. Oddly enough, I was not unhappy that the package had been opened and the tobacco smoked because that gave me the opportunity to read the whole brochure without opening one of the other packages I have with that in it. I have been tantalized for a long time with these brochures in still sealed packages. Glad I waited though.
