The value of pipe #563 is n/a points.
Barry Bronk (gobears16) offered two blue pipes in a lot on eBay. I hoped this one would be an improvement over the one in the collection. Although it is very nice, it was not a better one so it will go to the Pipes for Sale page. It lasted less than a day before Mark Berman bought it.
