The value of pipe #621 is 39 points.
Pamela A Granger (collectible curiosities) offered this pipe on eBay. The photo in the listing looked like it might be either California Rosé or Raspberry so I took a chance bidding on it. When I looked at the pipe it became clear what the problem with the photo was - the paint on the back of the bowl and top of the shank had faded to the lighter pink while the front and bottom of the bowl and shank retained the original Raspberry color. Perhaps some day a better example will come my way. In the meantime this pipe is the exemplar of the shape/color.
