Krista Lichty (lichty938) offered this pipe on eBay. It is the first striped California Rosé I had ever seen so, of course, I just had to have it. Competition was surprisingly light and I won it for a very reasonable price. It is not perfect, but it gives me some hope that other stripes may have been applied to the color. Time will tell.
