Bill Feuerbach, V. P. of S. M. Frank, gave me the TAR GARD die that was used to stamp the logo on Brylon pipes made for Bissell, Inc. I have no idea from whom or when I acquired this pipe with the Medico Apollo mouthpiece but, since it is not made compression molded phenolic resin and does not have a pyrolytic graphite bowl liner, there is no way to assign a meaningful point value to this pipe.
				Valuing the pipe result: n/a points.
